Behind every ANSI-certified jacket, every ASTM-tested boot, and every custom-embroidered uniform is a team of skilled professionals who take their work seriously. At Xinyou Workwear, our culture is built on three principles: craftsmanship, accountability, and direct communication.
Shanxi province has been a textile manufacturing hub for generations. Many of our senior technicians, pattern makers, and QC inspectors grew up in families that worked in garment production. This isn’t just a job — it’s inherited knowledge. Our cutting team lead has 22 years of experience. Our head pattern maker can translate a rough sketch into a production-ready pattern in under 48 hours. The embroidery department manager started as an apprentice at 18 and now oversees 12 multi-head Tajima machines.
We invest in skills development. New hires undergo a 4-week training program covering fabric identification, machine operation, quality standards, and safety protocols. Experienced workers attend annual refresher courses on updated ANSI, ASTM, and EN standards so compliance knowledge stays current.
Most trading companies have a sales team that forwards messages to a factory they don’t own. We don’t have that problem. When you email [email protected], you reach our office in Taiyuan — the same building as the production floor. Questions about fabric specs, timeline changes, or custom packaging go directly to the people who can make decisions.
Every order has a designated production coordinator who tracks it from deposit to shipment. You’ll have one point of contact who knows your order inside out. If something needs adjusting, you’ll get an answer the same day — not “we’ll check with the factory and get back to you.”
We don’t have a separate “QC department” that inspects at the end. Quality checking happens at every stage: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checks during sewing, post-decoration verification, and final pre-packing inspection. Every worker on the production floor is trained to spot defects — a loose stitch, a misaligned reflective tape, an inconsistent print — and flag it immediately. The culture is “catch it now, not at the dock.”
Our Taiyuan facility operates under ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety standards. Production areas are well-lit and ventilated. Workstations are ergonomically designed for long-shift comfort. We maintain regulated working hours with fair overtime compensation. Regular team activities — seasonal dinners, skill competitions, and factory-wide celebrations — keep morale strong and turnover low.
Low turnover matters to you as a buyer. When the same team handles your repeat orders, quality stays consistent. The people who made your last batch remember the details for the next one.
We encourage our clients to talk directly with our production team. Prefer a WhatsApp video call to see your order in progress? We’ll walk the phone through the sewing line. Want to visit in person? Schedule an appointment and you’ll meet the people cutting, stitching, and packing your garments — not a sales representative in a separate office.
We’re always looking for skilled sewing technicians, pattern makers, QC specialists, and production coordinators to join our Taiyuan team. If you’re based in Shanxi and have experience in garment manufacturing, send your resume to [email protected].
